The fully air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms. Two of which are equipped with a double bed. One has a double bed with the possibility of separation into two single beds. Although it has 3 bedrooms, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There is a sofa bed for two people at your disposal as well. Spacious ground floor is divided to eclectically decorated living room. It is equiped with cable television, fully equipped kitchen and equally luxurious dining room. For instance, all guests will be thrilled by the game room where you can have fun with darts, billiards, table football alongside a PlayStation 4 and Nintendo console.

The villa is extended on two storeys. They are connected by a modern staircase so that the whole space “breathes”. This also applies to the outer part of the villa. For that reason, this house, built on a plot of 420 m2, offers several nicely decorated places for relaxation on the terraces and balconies. However, If you are looking for refreshment, you will enjoy a swimming pool of 30 m2. In addition, for pleasant socializing with friends and family, you have an outdoor barbecue for preparing delicious dishes at your disposal.
